Tự động quay số khi nhấc máy

I. Các bước thực hiện quay số tự động khi nhấc tai nghe điện thoại trên tổng đài Alcatel:

1. Hướng dẫn nhanh:

1: set up a routing table say number 1

2: setup a tel facility catagory with direct routing set to immediate

3: in the user give them the tel fac catagory and enter the routing table you have configured in the routing table of the user.

2. Chi tiết các bước:

• log in vào PABX

• mgr

• Specific Telephone Services -> Descend hierarchy -> Routing Table -> Create(/Edit) - (ex:1/1/1 )- Call Number : 0

• Classes of Service (COS) -> Phone Features COS -> Review/Modify -> Select Phone Features COS (ex: 10) -> Mục "Right" dưới gần cuối Routing Mode At Off-hook + : Direct Routing

• Users -> Review/Modify -> Directory Number: ... -> Phone Features COS : (ex:10) - Mục "ISDN User" Routing Tab : (ex: 1)
